Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.

I am very surprised that a company like Telstra does not think through such simple issues as changing a SIM card. I moved to an area where only Telstra has a good connection. But for the third month now I have not been able to change the SIM card while keeping the old number. If you make a replacement through the website, then after choosing a tariff the message “Something went wrong. We’re unable to process the request at this time.” When I was in Sydney, I went to your office, but I was told

This app is the worst ive ever been forced (no other option) to attempt to use. After an hour of messaging so called experts, trying to figure out why none of the pages would load i was finally given a phone no. So much easier. 132200
