NETGEAR HAWAK D7000 AC1900 Modem Router keeps cutting out ADLS2+ connection
Dear Expert
On 5.2.19 I bought NETGEAR HAWAK D7000 AC1900 Modem Router to replace an old modem/router that was provided by telco and had problem as telco confrmed to me.
Premises DSL connection is : ADSL 2 +
For the NETGEAR HAWAK I upgraded the firmware to the lates one which is : V1.0.0.51_1.0.1 before connecting it to the internet
Internet is working but every morning receptionist has to power cycle NETGEAR HAWAK for the internet to work !!!!!
Connection Mode : Always on
DSL Mode : AUTO ----------------should I change this to ADSL2+ ? or AUTO is fine ?
What could cause this problem ?
Thanks
Thanks

Re: NETGEAR HAWAK D7000 AC1900 Modem Router keeps cutting out ADLS2+ connection
I don't get this bit:
Internet is working but every morning receptionist has to power cycle NETGEAR HAWAK for the internet to work !!!!!
Is it just the wifi that dies?
And what do the LEDs look like on the front when the thing needs a reboot?
There is support for the D7000, including a manual, somewhere at the end of this link:

The V2 version (look for the label on the device) is here:
