Mostly okay on iPad
Decided to watch a film purchased from the Telstra box office on my iPad. I watched some and then exited to continue later. It started from the beginning. Oh, well. Today, I decided to watch straight thru. I got 2/3 thru and the app stopped with an unexpected error. Quit the app and returned later. That time it asked to resume. It went well. I then dragged back several minutes, it played some until it quit. Not a good competitor to the SBS Online app nor to Netflix. It’s okay. I will watch thru the TV app. It is stable. Update: decided to watch a purchased film again with same result… paused to check a text; returned and it showed an unexpected error. Quit app, try again, same result. Telstra might want to put some talent on this app a TEST ITS OPERATION.
Terrible interface with Foxtel now
I appreciate it is an interface for Foxtel Now but very little information provided to information about programs on Telstra TV. Trying to find information about what you are about to watch only stays on screen for 5 sec before exiting. Ther is no ability to watch program guide. After being with Foxtel satellite for 20 years this is a really poor rendition of what we have been able to watch for many years and very irritating that they cannot provide a better interface.. I also have Foxtel Now Box in the bedroom which also has Free to air TV which is appreciated but still not user friendly. Please get up to what is expected in the competitive environment that exists.

Thanks for you review. I am trying to better understand your problem. Are you talking about the Telstra TV or the Telstra TV mobile app? Is there any specific way we could improve the mobile app? thanks again for taking the time to rate and review.
Works well until update is available.
Have been using the app for months until on starting it a message advises there’s an update available on the App Store. App won’t open so attempt to download the advised update version. Update doesn’t work so delete and reinstall from scratch after restarting phone. Cycle starts again, start the app, app won’t open and advises an update is available on the App Store, download the update and the loop of doom continues. iPhone 8 Plus on IOS 12.4.1.
